Established patients

At Cardinal Dermatology, we feel that continuity of care is important. If you have seen a provider in the last three years, please book an appointment with that same provider by clicking on their name or image below.

Please note that if you book an appointment with a provider other than the one you are established with already, you will be called and that appointment will be rescheduled. For surgical appointments with Dr. Pantalena or Dr. Kelley, their staff will reach out to the patient to book.
